Ryan Unzicker reclaimed the lead on lap 20 and led the rest of the way as he pocketed a $10,000 payday Friday night at Tri-City Speedway. He started outside of the front row for the 40-lap race and led the first seven laps. “We could get through the ruts about 80 percent of the time, and I think that was the main key,” said Unzicker. “We just kept the car real free and rotating and it was able to run the middle-bottom there at the end and kind of protect my line, because the top was getting really, really rough. Our team definitely needed this. The car was good. It’s been good. We’ve just done some stupid adjustments here and there. I kind of went back to my basics of what I’ve been doing.
